    Why are we so busy

    WOW

Now I have been retired four over four years and I am starting find I am busier now than when I was working.

Judging by the forum activities I guess you all must be busy as well, it cant be because its Christmas or is it.

How are you coping, and how will your business be running up to and after Christmas.

Will you be going to Jolly Solo the Christmas party for us Soloists.

So many questions and so little time to get some Ubeaut answers. But knowing you , you will post a post even to tell me to "Bugger Off"

'Busy' is an understatement. The v2Media web hosting servers are going berserk - retail sites! The hackers are going all-out trying to rip-off the retail sites (Indonesians, according to the logs, this week). WebCity and AussieHQ web hosting networks down three times in the last 7 days.

End of year holiday preparations, Christmas shopping, travel arrangements, squeezing in last jobs for the year at work. Complete madness, but it's the same every year.

For the first time in nearly 5 years, I'm shutting down v2Media for nearly 4 weeks over the Christmas holidays. Time to upgrade the network, the computers, the online systems and most importantly, my sanity. Going to have 2 weeks off

I agree with V2Media on this one! Seems like it's the same every year with lots of customers having special requests that need to be met in a shorter than usual timeframe.

We won't complain though and work our way through it all, knowning that we will be shut for at least one week over Christmas certainly helps (hopefully two - fingers crossed).

Sadly, we can't make it to the Jolly Solo Christmas party, it would have been fantastic to meet lots of people we chat to online, maybe next year?!

Well, this will be Fonecalls first Christmas, haha. I think it'll be quiet this year for us. Not to much to stress about *Crosses fingers*.

We wont be shutting down over Xmas at all, however only minimal staff will be on.

@v2Media - Sounds Hectic as hell!!!! Good luck, all the best. Hope next year you've developed a touch of Sanity.

    Cheers Guys,
Merry Xmas - And a happy new year
    Paulie.
