Lightbulb Title: "Like" my Facebook page, and I'll "Like" yours!

    Hello everyone,

Let's work and network together to get viral exposure! (cause after all, that's why most of us are here on this forum right?)

If you "Like" my Facebook page, I'll "Like" yours!

I can't post my URL, so just google "Jibbio Business Builder Facebook"

    It's a WIN-WIN situation.

After you "Like" our Facebook page, please tell me yours and I'll do the same in return.

    On the topic of Facebook:

How would you monitor how effective and useful the Facebook business page is (e.g. traffic, page views, visiting the business website from a link on the Facebook page)?

Do you need to purchase this data/analysis from Facebook or do you need to monitor this from your own website (i.e. where users are visiting from)?

Would be interested to hear what other's experiences are with maintaining a Facebook page.

    Cheers.

    Hello Jeremy,

Facebook provides the basic stats for your business page.

And if you click the "Like this" link located below the number of people who like your business page, it'll display descriptive stats.

The point of accumulating many "likes" is not for SEO or anything for that matter- it's just for "perception." Several marketing studies have indicated that an individual's (consumer) perception immediately increases to become more engaged when there are high "recommendations."

Thus, the more "likes," the better the chance you'll convince the person to peruse, buy, or complete a "call-to-action."

Correct. Word-of-mouth advertising is alive and kicking on the Internet and its power is most felt in social networks such as Facebook. When someone clicks on the "like" button on your page, it will show in that person's Facebook newsfeed. Everyone who is included in that person's Facebook friends list will be able to read that newsfeed. If they click on the link that leads back to your website and hit the "like" button as well, you will create a word-of-mouth avalanche. Be prepared for the surge of traffic that will generate.
