    Would YOU Work For Me?

In anticipation of a major spike in bookings I'm embarking on a recruitment drive. There are several fronts of attack, one of which is direct recruitment from the website. (Links will be generated using social media etc)

Rather than toot my own horn, I asked a few of my girls to tell me the single thing they like the most about working with XXXTC and incorporated their testimonials into my recruitment pitch.

Can you take a look at Employment and tell me, if you knew nothing about me or XXXTC, would the content convince you that you should be working with XXXTC?

IMPORTANT: Please don't Tweet this or Like on FB. I don't want my competitors to catch on with what I'm doing.

I think it's effective, but at the same time I can't help being biased now knowing more about the industry. If a girl was reading that, wouldn't they read it all and say "SURE! They all say that."

The quotes have no credibility, because there's no names to them - and yes, I know you CAN'T name them (again because of the industry). But on the same token, they sound real - as though real workers have said them and you've not made them up.

Overall, I think people will bite - because afterall they're looking for work.

    Hi Marianne,

I'd love to work for you! Not sure how I look in a bikini, or worse...

Actually reminds me a funny story - I got a call a week ago inquiring if I did stripper shows for hens parties - I said I'd give it a go, but can't guarantee I'd be any good - hehe, she called the wrong place but we had a good laugh.

    Anyway - Back to you.

You've mentioned on a few of your previous posts that your competitors may not be too happy about girls working for you - Could you perhaps add a disclaimer saying that "all inquiries are strictly confidential" or words to that effect?

None of them "say that" which is why I chose to incorporate the testimonials.

Its not working for me that gets my competitors knickers in a twist, its when girls show an obvious favouritism towards me. Even though, adding about "strictly confidential" will lend a little more strength to the way I go about doing things.

    Thanks guys

Noted Marianne. If it's something different, then it only helps.

I like Jake's idea too - I'm guessing the more they trust you the better.

This is the key. Trust is important in any business but even moreso in yours. Any way you can build that trust is going to be a big plus. If that involves adding a small statement like Jake mentioned then that's what I would do.

    great idea

using testimonials of your own employees , in this case, your model, will surely help in your recruitment
