Hooray for tea! I hate coffee but I like the coffee/cafe culture. It's good to see tea making inroads.
For your name you are missing the most important consideration (especially if you are aiming for the tourist market) a domain name. Whatever name you decide on you need to make sure you can register it as a domain name for a website. Don't think you are too small for a website or that it isn't relevant to your business.
Even if you don't' think so now (but you should), you need to grab your address on the internet right now before some one else grabs it - so that you still have the option. You can get an Australian domain name for less than $40 per two years and there are companies that will throw in a small (and easy to set up) website building package as well. Google $40 websites to see what I mean.
Almost all registrars (web hosting companies, in other words) have a facility on their websites that will let you check a domain name.
I also have on idea for a name. How about The Caravanserai?
