I'm absolutely fed up with Optus.
I won't bore you with the back story of all the things they have done wrong (complaint is in motion with Industry Ombudsman) but what affects me the most is the time I am losing running my businesses, where I could be making money.
I've decided that if any of my clients took up hours of my time, they would be invoiced - why should Optus be any different?
